As our Sales Team Leader you will be directly responsible for our inbound sales team, working closely with the team to ensure they are working to their full potential. You will be directly responsible for team performance, so a big part of the role will be supervising QC and Coaching, absence and attendance, and putting improvement plans in place when necessary.
We are keen to provide a buzzing, vibrant environment for our staff so we are looking for someone who will provide a positive, enthusiastic presence on the team. Motivation is key, so you will be running games and incentives on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will have experience of leading or managing a team of people, ideally in a Sales or Contact Centre environment.
