The Able Group is an established company providing planned and reactive maintenance across multiple trades nationwide.
You’ll be working in a busy, vibrant Contact Centre receiving calls from customers all over the UK who require our services. There is no cold calling involved, and you’ll receive thorough training and on-going support and guidance from your Coach and Team Manager when you hit the floor.
We’re looking for target driven people who enjoy the buzz of sales and have a natural flair for building rapport with our customers. Excellent keyboard skills and a great telephone manner are essential.
You’ll be dynamic, eager and confident. This is your chance to show our customers we’re the only company they need to go to for their planned and reactive maintenance needs.

You’ll get a basic hourly rate of £6.56-8.91 per hour, plus commission for jobs booked in.
The hours: Various full time and part time shifts available, some weekend working will be required.
