Customer Service Co-ordinator

The Able Group is an established company providing planned and reactive maintenance covering multiple trades across the UK. 

·        Allocating jobs to the relevant engineer

·        Speaking to engineers to monitor progress

·        Taking details of work to be carried out and pricing accordingly

·        Updating customers with information

You will need to have initiative and common sense but also be able to follow procedure. You will be dealing with queries relating to existing and potential work, and you will be able to recognise and action problems and escalate when necessary. A high level of attention to detail is essential.

Experience of working in logistics or customer service environment is ideal but not essential, however you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be really confident on the phone.

08:30-17:30 Monday to Saturday, scheduled days off Wednesday and Sunday 

08:30-17:30 Sunday to Friday, scheduled days off Tuesday and Saturday 

09:00-18:00 Monday to Saturday, scheduled days off Tuesday and Sunday

12:00-21:00 Monday to Saturday, scheduled days off Sunday and Monday
